VisaWire does not issue visas or guarantee visa approval. The final decision regarding visa issuance rests with the respective authorities.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information during the visa application process. Any incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent details may lead to delays or rejections, for which VisaWire is not liable.
• You must comply with all embassy requirements, including providing necessary documents and attending required appointments.
• Any failure to meet embassy deadlines or requirements is the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Limitations of Liability

VisaWire shall not be liable for:

• Any decisions made by embassies or consulates regarding visa applications, including but not limited to delays, rejections, or requests for additional documentation.
• Changes in government or embassy policies that affect visa processing after submission.
• Delays in processing due to embassy workloads, holidays, or other unforeseen factors.
• Any losses, including financial, due to visa denials or travel cancellations resulting from visa issues.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, government shutdowns, pandemics, embassy system failures, strikes, cyberattacks, or third-party service disruptions, that affect our ability to provide services.
• Any liability, if determined, is capped at the amount paid by the customer for VisaWire's service.

4. No Legal or Travel Advice

VisaWire is not a law firm and does not provide legal, immigration, or travel advice. Any information provided by VisaWire is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered legal guidance. You should consult with an immigration attorney or legal professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VisaWire, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to claims related to incorrect documentation, processing errors, or external factors affecting your visa application.

6. No Guarantees of Success

VisaWire provides support and expertise in the visa application process but does not guarantee visa approval. Factors beyond our control, including embassy policies and discretionary decision-making, influence the outcome of applications.

7. Refund Policy

Cancellation: Customers may cancel their request for services prior to submission. A cancellation fee may apply, and any embassy fees paid are non-refundable.

Rejected Applications: If an application is rejected, VisaWire will not issue a refund for the services rendered, as our fees cover the processing of your application. Resubmission of a rejected application may require additional fees.

Non-Refundable Fees: VisaWire's service fees are non-refundable once processing has begun, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.

8. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention

• VisaWire reserves the right to dispute chargebacks for services that have been fulfilled.
• If a chargeback is initiated after services have been rendered, VisaWire may take legal action to recover fees.

9. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of VisaWire's services shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in London, United Kingdom, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
• You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
• VisaWire reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in cases involving fraud, misuse, or intellectual property violations.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, technology, and processes used by VisaWire, including our website and application materials, are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission.

11. Electronic Communication Consent

By using VisaWire's services, you consent to receiving emails, WhatsApp messages, and other forms of electronic communication for service updates, notifications, and promotional purposes.
